Hand-roasted to just beyond first crack to give it a rich espresso zing while still retaining the natural sweet flavours gained at origin. Its rich chocolate, full bodied coffee with rich dark chocolate, macadamia nuttiness and sweet juicy acidity. Makes it a very drinkable coffee through all brew methods.
