Based in the stunning Lake District, each type of coffee bean is carefully selected to ensure that our roasted coffee blend offers a deliciously satisfying experience in every cup. We roast the coffee beans by hand in small batches, nurturing each ‘cherry’ until the roasted coffee beans are at their absolute best. Our discerning palates taste each blend and quality check our coffee roasting every day.

We work with experienced and exacting coffee merchants who make certain the green coffee beans we buy come from ethical farms, using sustainable methods and are bought at a fair price. Each variety of coffee bean has been specially chosen to ensure that your grounded coffee is the best ground coffee you can buy. For those who prefer freshly ground coffee, simply select whole beans as your preference and we’ll send you perfectly roasted beans that you can grind yourself as and when you want them.

Not only are our blends divine but our specialty coffee range offers a choice of strengths, flavours, and are suited to different brewing methods. Whether you’re after a coarse ground coffee for your cafetiere or a fine ground coffee for your stove top coffee maker, our fresh ground coffee is clearly labelled for optimum use, with lots of beautiful flavours to choose from. Each of our coffees is available in different quantities and is ground to your specific requirements, teasing the perfect taste out of our beans for your enjoyment.

The house blends we produce are each unique in their aromatic depth of flavour and ridiculously moreish. Our Summit Special blend is award winning and inspired by stunning landscapes around Kendal. Our specialty coffee includes our Nerd Juice which is a high caffeine blend, and our Brazil Cerrado blends are our most popular ground espresso coffee flavours. If you prefer a decaf ground coffee, we use the Swiss Water method to gently remove the caffeine from our beans, offering a decaffeinated ground coffee or a half caf decaf making sure you never have to lose out on great tasting coffee.
