Colombia, the second-largest Arabica coffee producer after Brazil, is celebrated for its diverse microclimates and ideal conditions that yield consistently high-quality, flavourful beans.

The Suarez region benefits from fertile volcanic soil, abundant rainfall, and high altitudes all vital factors that enhance the bean’s natural character. This combination produces a coffee that’s vibrant, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.

We love this rich, full-bodied Colombian coffee for its depth and complexity. Expect bright notes of cherries and grapefruit, complemented by a crisp, lively acidity that adds refreshing clarity to each sip. Our medium roast brings out a gentle sweetness and smooth body, making it perfect for filter or cafetière brewing.
