Deliciously light, complex and delicate, Silver Needle loose leaf white tea, or "Baihao Yinzhen", is one of China’s rarest and most celebrated creations.

These platinum coloured, young buds are handpicked  before dawn for only a few days each spring. The Buds are left to wilt in the sun bringing a delicate, refreshing flavour with notes of melon and cucumber. High in antioxidants and low in caffeine.
