Brazil Cerrado Medium Roast

Brazil Cerrado Coffee Beans are the highest grade of the famous Brazilian Beans. Cerrado is a huge region in Brazil, meaning “savanna”, or central plateau. Coffee grown in this region is grown at an altitude of 200-500 meters above sea level. Cerrado is a traditionally natural dry processed coffee. This method creates a coffee full of complex flavours. Medium roasting brings out an exceptional nutty flavour, bursting with caramel, dark chocolate and nutty tones. Low acidity, medium body and a delicate sweetness.
