We have taken the single origin Brazil Cerrado coffee bean and a Caol Ila single malt oak barrel and brought them together in perfect harmony.
We create this coffee in incredibly small batches. We place the green bean inside the barrel, then each day, we turn the barrel, we do this for 2 months. By this time, the barrel aromas have infused into the coffee - and it is ready to be roasted.
The beautiful whisky notes continue to develop throughout the roasting process and have complimented the complexity of the Brazil coffee tasting profile. It is perfect for an after dinner drink, a deliciously smooth coffee with a faint aroma of the whisky.
