A delicately light tea from the wonderful tea Gardens of Sri Lanka.A Chinese term meaning ‘white down’, it refers to the character of the tender young leaves. A bright amber tea, with delicate flavour. Pekoe and Orange Pekoe are terms for some of the highest tea grades. Brew by adding freshly boiled water to the loose tea leaves and infuse for 3-5 minutes.
