A high-quality natural coffee from the Jaguara farm. Full of bright and juicy apricot notes, as well as a cane sugar flavour that keeps the sweetness front-and-centre. A citrus-like note gives the brew a nice acidity without being too tart, lining up well with the otherwise fruity and sweet profile. This coffee exhibits a particularly tropical feel - like it was grown specifically to be enjoyed on a summer holiday.
We think brewing this coffee through the V60 or cafetiere, really showcases these flavours.
